Job summary

Standard Calibrations, Inc. is seeking a logistics/administrative associate responsible for processing equipment through the Sage Asset Management System (AMS) for production labs and coordinating daily deliveries and pickups. You will support customers at pickup/drop-off points and help monitor inventory and packing slips.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, multitasking, and ongoing calibration training to improve service delivery and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months customer or administrative experience or higher education.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; passing pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute items via the Sage AMS for production labs.
• Schedule daily deliveries and pick-ups; coordinate deliveries.
• Monitor and organize pick-up, delivery, and packing slips daily.
• Inform Production Manager of equipment delays; communicate with customers.
• Assist customers with pickup/drop-off of equipment and provide support.
• Continue calibration knowledge through SCI Portal training and external courses.

Job Summary

Responsible for processing all equipment through the Sage Asset Management System (AMS) for the production labs. Responsible for out-processing and distribution of items received from production labs. Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries is a critical responsibility that ensures we keep our promise to the customer of providing efficient service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Out process & distribute all items received from production labs
• Schedule daily deliveries and pick-ups
• Monitor & organize pick-up, delivery, rejection shelves daily
• Monitor & organize deliveries & packing slips for delivery driver
• Inform Calibration Lab Production Manager of any delays with equipment
• Help customers who come to pick up and drop off equipment
• Monitor Truancy Report weekly for items with status greater than 10 days
• Assist Inductions Administrator when absent or slow work flow
• Continue to develop further calibration knowledge through training on the SCI Portal and externally

Requirements

Education/Training Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and 6-months customer or administrative related experience, or an associate degree or higher.
