Job summary

Standard Calibrations, Inc. is seeking an organized logistics assistant to process equipment through the Sage Asset Management System (AMS) for the production labs and handle out-processing and distribution of items.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Out process & distribute all items received from production labs


• Schedule daily deliveries and pick-ups


• Monitor & organize pick-up, delivery, rejection shelves daily


• Monitor & organize deliveries & packing slips for delivery driver


• Inform Calibration Lab Production Manager of any delays with equipment


• Help customers who come to pick up and drop off equipment


• Monitor Truancy Report weekly for items with status greater than 10 days


• Assist Inductions Administrator when absent or slow work flow


• Continue to develop further calibration knowledge through training on the SCI Portal and externally

Requirements

Education/Training Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and 6-months customer or administrative related experience, or an associate degree or higher.
