Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or Education is preferred.
• 3 years of direct supervision of school-age students.
• 2 years in a supervisory role in an after school/daycare environment preferred.
• Knowledge of State licensing regulations for Daycare Centers and related grants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision for daily after-school programming, including summer programming.
• Hire, train, and supervise coordinators and part-time staff.
• Oversee grant compliance, audits, and enrollment targets.
• Manage annual budget planning, invoices, and supply orders.
• Engage with families, partners, funders, and community partners.
