Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day digital operations for media-related products.
• Oversee ingestion, processing, and delivery of Video on Demand (VOD) content, ensuring high quality and adherence to technical specifications.
• Monitor the health of VOD delivery systems, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that could impact user experience.
• Leverage expertise in video technologies to design operational processes and apply tools & automation solutions for scale & growth.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Key skills; Experience in VOD
• Experience in XML or Metadata
• Experience in Content Ingestion & Video Supply Chain Management
• Experience in SQL
• 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Business or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in media industry / OTT.
• Strong technical and operational experience in video-on-demand, including XML schema, metadata troubleshooting, content delivery optimization, and OTT technologies. Ability to diagnose, resolve, and escalate technical issues effectively.
• SQL skills with an ability to analyze datasets, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights to drive operational improvements and data-driven solutions.
• 2+ years of experience managing vendor/contractor extended staff in a global, scaled operational environment
