Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• 2 years of experience in media industry / OTT.
• 2+ years of experience managing vendor/contractor extended staff in a global, scaled operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day digital operations for media-related products.
• Oversee ingestion, processing, and delivery of Video on Demand (VOD) content.
• Monitor the health of VOD delivery systems, resolving any issues.
• Leverage expertise in video technologies to design operational processes.

Skills

Experience in VOD

Experience in XML or Metadata

Experience in Content Ingestion

Experience in SQL

Strong technical and operational experience in video-on-demand

SQL skills with an ability to analyze datasets

Education
