Altom Transport, Inc. is seeking dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL A Tanker Drivers to haul liquid bulk across the country. Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A License. Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable tanker driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older; clean MVR and strong safety record.
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including 24/7 operations.
• Strict vetting: no DUI/OWI in last 5 years; FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse compliant.
• Must hold current X endorsement.
• Must complete minimum 1-week in-person new hire training.

Responsibilities

• Long-haul driving across multiple regions delivering bulk liquid materials.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT and safety policies.
• Load and unload tanker using hoses and pumps with safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate trip records, inspections and incidents for compliance.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Adhere to hazmat regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Support consistent mileage and workload for operational efficiency and earnings.
