Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required; tanker endorsement (N) required.
• Hazmat endorsement (H) preferred (within 90 days).
• TWIC card preferred (or to be obtained after hire).
• Minimum 2 years verifiable tanker driving in last 5 years.
• At least 23 years old; clean MVR and strong safety record.
• No DUI/OWI in last 5 years; compliant with FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tanker trucks transporting bulk liquid materials.
• Load and unload using hoses, pumps, and valves with safety protocols.
• Conduct and document pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and inspection reports.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers.
• Represent Altom with professionalism during customer interactions.
