Quality Carriers, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Manager – OTR Dispatch Center to lead a team of Specialists—Driver Operations and drive driver performance, safety and service delivery. The role partners with terminals, Safety, HR and operations to ensure freight coverage and asset utilization.

The Manager oversees KPI attainment, regulatory compliance and continuous service improvement across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years in transportation, logistics, or dispatch operations.
• Minimum of two years of people management or supervisory experience.
• Prior experience leading teams in a 24/7 operational environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day dispatch center operations to ensure effective driver management, service delivery, safety, and performance.
• Owns dispatch center KPIs, analyzes trends, and implements corrective actions.
• Collaborates with terminal leadership, Planning, Safety, and HR to support freight coverage and compliance.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives for workflow and service excellence.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
