Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator or Company Driver to join our safety‑conscious team operating in Cranston, RI and Baltimore, MD.

This flex role offers weekly miles and home time bi‑weekly with a compensation package that reflects on‑duty hours and mileage pay. Typical earnings include 200k–250k for owner‑operators and 90k–105k for company drivers, with opportunity to go anywhere and enjoy a broad geographic footprint.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements required.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software for operations.

Responsibilities

• Operates tractor trailer units.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and loads.
• Adheres to weights and utilization of units.
• Loads/unloads hazardous and non-hazardous waste; secures loads.
• Places appropriate placards per DOT and company policy.
• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports.

Clean Harbors is looking for an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator/Company Driver to join their safety‑conscious team in Cranston, RI/Baltimore, MD. This position will be a flex owner operator (ready to go anywhere) with minimum 2 weeks out.

Domicile – Preferably – RI, NJ, MD. Weekly Miles 2,500‑2,800.

About the role

• Average $200–250K per year O/O
• $90–105K per year Company Driver
• Bi‑weekly home time
• Compensation package includes on‑duty time paid via hourly demurrage rates, non‑asset hourly rates, and/or mileage pay

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non‑hazardous waste; properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
