Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join their safety‑conscious team in Braintree, MA. Can also be domiciled out of Syracuse, NY or Cranston, RI to run to NC, SC, KY, OH, NY, MA, CT, RI, NJ, GA, TN, FL, AR. Weekly average is 2,600 miles with a minimum two weeks out.

Bi‑weekly home time. Compensation includes on‑duty time paid via hourly demurrage and/or mileage pay. Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer and supports disability accommodations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software.
• OTR owner-operator with CDL A driving credentials is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates tractor trailer units.
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units.
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste and secures loads.
• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports.

Clean Harbors is looking for a OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join their safety conscious team in Braintree, MA . Can also be domiciled out of Syracuse, NY, or Cranston, RI. to run to NC, SC, KY, OH, NY, MA, CT, RI, NJ, GA, TN, FL, AR. Weekly average mile 2600. Minimum two weeks out.

About The Role

• Average $200-250K per year
• Bi-Weekly home time
• Compensation package includes on-duty time paid via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and/or mileage pay

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications

• Class A CDL
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Minium 12 months of Class A driving experience
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
