Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school certification or experience with diesel engine components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and real-time problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to de-escalate drivers.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from drivers with breakdowns while over the road.
• Assess issues to decide roadside repair vs. tow to an authorized facility.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance over the phone to minimize downtime.
• Route drivers to approved repair vendors and coordinate roadside service.
• Negotiate repair timelines and costs for efficient solutions.
• Provide real-time updates to Operations regarding service interruptions.
• Review vehicle history to identify warrantable repairs and file OEM claims.
• Maintain documentation of breakdown events, downtime, and expenses.
