We’re looking for a fast-thinking, resourceful problem solver to handle truck and trailer breakdowns, arrange roadside repairs, and keep communication flowing between drivers, dispatch, and repair vendors.

What You’ll Do

• Take driver calls and assess the situation fast


• Dispatch roadside service, tow trucks or shop repairs


• Coordinate with vendors and verify quality of work


• Keep everyone updated with real time ETAs


• Track repairs and control costs
