Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school certification or experience with diesel engine components/trailers preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in real time.
• Ability to work independently while communicating professionally across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from drivers with breakdowns.
• Assess mechanical issues to decide on roadside repair vs. repair facility.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance over the phone to minimize downtime.
• Direct drivers to approved repair vendors and coordinate roadside service.
• Negotiate repair timelines and costs for cost-effective solutions.
• Provide real-time updates to Operations on service interruptions.
• Review vehicle history to identify warrantable repairs and file OEM claims.
• Maintain accurate documentation of breakdown events, downtime, and expenses.
