Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Regional Director for Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) to oversee multiple outpatient clinics in a designated region and drive operational excellence.

You will lead clinic leaders, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and build partnerships with referral sources and payers to expand access to evidence-based addiction treatment across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years+ of leadership experience in healthcare/substance use field preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations of multiple OTP clinics and administrative teams.
• Drive regional financial and business performance, budget attainment, and resource stewardship.
• Develop leaders, mentor clinic leadership, and support succession planning.
• Strengthen community partnerships with referral sources, payers, regulators, and stakeholders.
