Job summary

BAART Programs is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead an Opiate Treatment Program. The role supervises nurses, counselors and staff, ensures daily operations, budget adherence and patient care standards.

You will drive regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF/JCAHO and HIPAA, develop performance metrics and partner with medical directors to improve census and service quality. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (in business administration or related) from an accredited college or university.
• Understanding of clinic operations with significant time working in substance abuse.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation & performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manages OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results.
• Participates in hiring, training of clinic staff.
• Evaluates, manages, counsels and terminates subordinate personnel.
• Provides direction to clinic personnel and relays corporate mandates, goals and objectives.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA).
• Develops, monitors and provides reports on key performance indicators.
