Responsibilities include budgeting, staff hiring/training, regulatory compliance with SAMHSA/DEA/CARF/JCAHO/HIPAA, and census growth. Strong leadership and process orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leads operation & performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manages clinic operations to budgeted/planned results.
• Interviews, hires and trains clinic staff; counsels staff as needed.
