Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager for our Dublin, CA studio. You will support the Studio Manager, lead the Sales Associate team, and oversee daily operations while delivering a high-energy guest experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales, customer care, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule and involvement in studio events are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the workplace.
• Previous sales experience with quota-bearing expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills with Word/Excel and data entry.
• Flexibility to work daytime, evenings, holidays & weekends.
• Ability to work in an Orange Team environment.
• High school diploma required; fitness-minded preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager in all areas of the business.
• Lead and develop Sales Associate team daily.
• Own responsibility for studio operations, leads and inventory.
• Handle telephone inquiries and follow-up calls.
• Host studio tours for prospects and members.
