Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to partner with the Studio Manager in running a high-energy fitness studio in El Segundo. You’ll lead the Sales Associate team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional member service.

The role requires leadership, sales experience, and strong communication. This full-time on-site position offers hourly pay with bonus potential and access to all OTF classes nationwide.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the workplace.
• Previous sales experience with quota-bearing environment desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager in all areas of the business.
• Lead and develop Sales Associate team daily.
• Own responsibility for studio operations, including lead/inventory management.
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls.
