Job summary

Stantec is seeking a detail‑oriented coordinator to manage classroom scheduling, AV support, and logistics at MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, CA. You will oversee daily room allocations, prepare utilization reports, and ensure compliance with relevant orders while coordinating with unit teams.

The role requires at least two years of experience in similar setups, proficiency with AV equipment, and strong communication skills. Full‑time schedule at Twentynine Palms is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in OTC/classroom coordination or similar roles.
• Ability to operate AV equipment (projector, VCR, DVD) and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Strong logistics, documentation, and written/oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work full time at MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, CA.

Responsibilities

• Schedule classrooms via Range Facilities Management Support System (RFMSS) for training venues.
• Create RFMSS accounts and process late requests with appropriate coordination.
• Coordinate event details, logistics, and equipment for daily classroom needs.
• Prepare slides detailing classroom schedules and utilization daily.
• Maintain monthly equipment inventory and logs; prepare weekly utilization reports.
• Ensure compliance with Combat Center Order 3120.2 and related procedures.
• Assist units with OTC audio/visual operations and minor repairs as needed.
