Job summary

CBX Solutions in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a seasoned OTC Business Systems Analyst to optimize end-to-end order-to-cash processes and partner with Sales, IT, and Finance to implement CRM, CPQ, and ERP integrations. The role focuses on translating business needs into scalable system solutions, improving data quality, and enabling efficient revenue operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including customer setup, opportunity, quoting, pricing, order management, fulfillment, invoicing, and receivables‑related handoffs.
• Experience supporting CRM, CPQ, ERP, order management, billing, or related commercial business systems.
• Experience gathering business requirements and producing process maps, functional specifications, user stories, test cases, and standard operating procedures.
• Experience coordinating system enhancements, integrations, testing, releases, training, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze OTC processes from opportunity through order, fulfillment, invoicing, and revenue reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Credit, and IT to identify gaps and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and translate requirements into functional designs and user stories.
• Promote standardized OTC processes across divisions with documented variations.
• Define and monitor process measures such as quote turnaround and invoice accuracy.
• Support administration and improvement of CRM and related commercial applications.
• Maintain configurations in partnership with IT for CRM, CPQ, ERP, and reporting.
• Evaluate enhancements, troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and improve data quality.
• Define data governance for customer master records and pricing data.
• Deliver dashboards and reporting for OTC metrics and system adoption.
• Coordinate testing, training, and change management for OTC enhancements.
• Provide business-facing support and maintain process documentation.
