Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Order to Cash Business Process Analyst to support the US OTC Enablement & Reliability initiatives. This role partners with Commercial, Supply Chain, IT and Compliance to implement process improvements and ensure a customer-centric OTC function.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in SAP SD, Excel, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or university degree required in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution Module (SAP SD).
Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GxP compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and SharePoint; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME with multiple functional partners for Surgery, EP, & Neuro OTC processes; answer inquiries and provide status updates.
Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Supply Chain to develop end-to-end strategic solutions.
Design and maintain OTC business process flows and support system changes.
Perform root-cause analysis and participate in testing and user acceptance testing.
Attend project status reviews and requirements gathering sessions.
