Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking an OTC Business Systems Analyst to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to analyze, document, and implement improvements across CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems.

The role focuses on design, configuration, testing, and user enablement to maximize revenue visibility and process efficiency. A strong data governance mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise OTC processes and systems.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, ERP, order management, billing, or related commercial systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and process maps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve Order-to-Cash processes from opportunity to invoicing and customer account servicing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT to identify gaps, automate issues, and improve data quality.
• Define functional integration requirements for CRM, CPQ, ERP, and related systems; support testing and user adoption.
