Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting an Order to Cash Business Process Analyst in the US. This role supports the Excellence US OTC Enablement & Reliability team, partnering with Commercial, Supply Chain, IT, and Compliance to optimize order-to-cash processes across major franchises.

The position emphasizes testing, root cause analysis, and end-to-end process enhancements, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions and maintaining data integrity across master data and systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or University degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain, IT or business focus preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution Module.
• Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GxP compliance requirement.
• Strong Analytical Skills, with technical competence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Successfully balance multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to meet commitments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert with multi-functional team members for Surgery, EP, & Neuro OTC processes, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates to the impacted business partners.
• Maintain a balance between business needs and IT standards to guide well-informed decisions.
• Accountable for communications and partner alignment in support of process improvements and approved system improvements.
• Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, compliance, and IT to develop end-to-end strategic solutions and root cause analysis.
• Design and maintain business process flows handled within the OTC platform.
• Attend project status review and system change reviews for requirements gathering and scope definition.
• Accountable for business simulation and user acceptance testing.
