Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, FP&A, or related roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with large data sets experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Consolidate and analyze large datasets across systems and business units.
• Support month-end close reporting and financial reporting activities.
• Reconcile accounts receivable subledgers, aging reports, and schedules.
• Prepare variance analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze cash collections and DSO metrics.
• Assist with dashboard development and reporting enhancements.
• Support SOX, compliance and internal control activities.
• Prepare executive reporting schedules and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations on discrepancies.
