Job summary

Randstad USA is looking for a detail-oriented financial professional for a 9-month, fully onsite contract role in New York. You will contribute to month-end close, consolidation, and reporting for executive leadership, with exposure to multiple business units.

The role emphasizes financial storytelling, collaboration, and continuous learning, with a schedule of 8 AM–5 PM and first shift. Bachelor’s degree required; AR and Oracle Financials experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience handling monthly consolidation and AR processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly deliverables for the Bad Debt package and ensure compliance.
• Analyse and prepare key metrics on Ad Sales, including cash collections.
• Consolidate AR schedules from multiple departments and validate data.
• Assist in creating dashboards for internal teams using multiple tools.
• Support quarterly CFO meeting preparations and schedules.
• Reconcile domestic subledger, ledger and aging for revenue streams.
