Qualifications

Kforce has a client that is seeking an OTC Analyst Reporting Assistant in New York, NY. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented OTC Analyst Reporting Assistant to support financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance activities, and data analysis within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) function. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate reporting, supporting month-end close activities, analyzing business performance, and providing executive-level reporting across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with large datasets, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial and operational reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis
• Consolidate and analyze large datasets across multiple systems and business units
• Support month-end close reporting and financial reporting activities
• Reconcile accounts receivable subledgers, aging reports, and supporting schedules
• Prepare variance analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Analyze cash collections, DSO metrics, bad debt activity, and other key performance indicators
• Assist with dashboard development, maintenance, and reporting enhancements
• Support audit, SOX, compliance, and internal control activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and supporting records for reporting and audit purposes
• Prepare executive reporting schedules, management reports, and ad hoc analyses
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve reporting discrepancies and improve processes
• Support cross-functional projects, reporting integrations, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, FP&A, or related analytical roles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience working with large datasets
• Strong experience with reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• Oracle Fusion experience
• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization platforms
• Google Workspace experience
• Media, entertainment, or advertising industry experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
