Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Supply Chain, IT or business preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP SD and data quality controls (CSV, SOX, GxP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Surgery, EP, & Neuro OTC processes and support business partners.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Supply Chain to deploy end-to-end OTC solutions.
• Design and maintain OTC process flows within the platform.
• Lead testing, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution for process improvements.
• Support system change reviews and requirements gathering.
• Perform user acceptance testing and business simulations.
• Communicate status and align stakeholders.
