Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in the US seeks an Order to Cash Business Process Analyst to support OTC processes, testing, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, IT and Compliance to implement end-to-end solutions, maintain controls, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience required; SAP SD knowledge and strong Excel/SharePoint skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• The ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Validated experience in testing methodology.
• Process oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Supply Chain experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution Module.
• Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GxP compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME with multi-functional teams for Surgery, EP, & Neuro OTC processes, providing status updates.
• Maintains a balance between business needs and IT standards to guide well-informed decisions.
• Accountable for communications and partner alignment in support of process improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, compliance, and IT to develop end-to-end strategic solutions and root cause analysis.
• Designing and maintaining business process flows handled within the OTC platform.
• Attend project status reviews and system change reviews for requirements gathering and scope definition.
• Accountable for business simulations and user acceptance testing.
