Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve field inventory consignment reconciliation (BIR) issues.
• Address billing kickouts to ensure timely financial postings.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and incomplete orders.
• Provide SERF testing support to validate system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot SAP access challenges.
• Monitor zero pick hold reports to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Execute Winshuttle tasks: cancellations, re-ATPs, billing date adjustments.
• Identify and prevent EDI order issues.
• Initiate IRIS tickets and coordinate with IT for long-term resolutions.
• Respond to cross-functional investigations with stakeholders.
