Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Customer Service Representative with English to play a key role in handling customer orders, processing invoices, and improving service processes. The position emphasizes collaboration with plants in Europe and external warehouses, and requires handling inquiries with high professionalism.

You will maintain daily communication with customers, assist in logistics projects, and proactively resolve complaints while providing timely feedback on issue status.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration area; internships in logistics also welcomed.
• Fluent English and French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
• High level of analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter and manage customer orders from receipt to shipment and returns.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries concerning orders.
• Handle incoming calls and resolve inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Track order status in reports and coordinate with European plants and external warehouses; cooperate with logistics provider.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and respond to their needs.
• Support organization in optimizing transport and logistic projects.
• Process claims from customers and proactively resolve complaints, giving status updates.
