Job summary

• Licensure: current OTA licensure or certification in the state.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises and ADL training.
• Document patient responses and progress for supervising OT.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Support OT in evaluating patient needs and progress.
