Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Ohio is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support therapists in delivering therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team at Norwich Springs Health Campus in Hilliard. The OTA will assist with ADL training, therapeutic exercises, and progress documentation.

The role requires a current OTA license and CPR certification (preferred). Education includes an OTA degree; experience is 0–1 years.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, valid state OTA license.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in an interdisciplinary clinical setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by occupational therapists.
• Support patients with exercises and ADL training to improve independence.
• Document patient responses and progress for review by the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Observe and report patient needs and progress to therapists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
