Synchrony Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in Cincinnati, OH to support therapeutic interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. You will assist with exercises, ADL training, and patient progress documentation in an interdisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• OTA degree from an accredited program.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Current state OTA licensure or certification.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including therapeutic exercises and ADL training.
• Help patients with exercises and adaptive techniques to improve function and independence.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on patient responses, progress, and report findings.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and strategies to support progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress with observations.
• Other duties as assigned.
