Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under an OT, delivering therapeutic interventions across campus locations, home health, or outpatient settings in Indiana. You will document progress, collaborate with the OT, and contribute to education for patients and families.

Six months training is provided; travel to multiple campuses is required. CPR certification preferred; OTA licensure is required and ongoing.

Qualifications

• Under the direction of an occupational therapist, provide therapeutic interventions.
• Demonstrates accountability for program development, quality improvement, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic interventions as directed by the occupational therapist.
• Evaluates patient responses and provides feedback to the team.
• Documents patient care progress and ongoing need for treatment.
• Collaborates with OT to develop new education methods for patients and families.
• Assists with in-service training and cross-training for team members.
• Travels to campus locations and home health assignments as needed.
