Trilogy Health Services in Gahanna, Ohio is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to deliver therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist within an interdisciplinary care team. You will assist in carrying out treatment plans, help patients with ADL exercises, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with therapists.

• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including exercises and ADL training.
• Help patients with exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques to improve function and independence.
• Observe and document patient responses, progress, and report findings to supervising therapist.
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and strategies to support progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress with observations.
