Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including exercises and ADL training.
• Help patients with exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques to improve function and independence.
• Observe and document patient responses, progress, and report findings to supervising therapist.
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and strategies to support progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress with observations.
