Job summary

Nuro is hiring an engineer to build and maintain the Fleet Connectivity release and OTA update infrastructure. You will work across the cloud and robots to ensure reliable connectivity, telemetry, and software updates for our autonomous fleets.

The role emphasizes designing scalable systems, writing robust code, and improving performance with KPIs, in a collaborative, on-site team in Mountain View.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or closely related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go or C++ and strong Unix/Linux skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software for release infrastructure, vehicle connectivity, and OTA updates.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across teams.
• Write well-designed, testable code that meets quality standards.
