You will work across the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing optimization, including on-call rotations to stay aligned with real-world operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience writing and shipping software in production.
• Ability to build and maintain tools and automation for engineers.
• Strong debugging fundamentals across the stack in real-world conditions.
• Interest in reliability engineering and scaling complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Build fleet-scale pipelines that turn noisy onboard signals into actionable, high-confidence investigations.
• Develop automated triage and correlation systems that deduplicate issues and route them to the right teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve instrumentation, automation, and signal quality over time.
• Create internal tools and workflows to reduce duplicate effort and improve situational awareness as the fleet scales.
• Lead reliability investigations to identify factors and turn learnings into durable engineering changes.
