Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant and a current, unencumbered COTA license, with NBCOT certification as required.

A minimum of one year of experience is preferred. This position is PRN with daytime scheduling at our Glen Allen, VA location.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered COTA license in state of practice.
• NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
