Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN work in Hayward, WI. You will join a team that values flexible scheduling while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The role requires an Associate Degree in OTA, an active COTA license, and NBCOT certification. Prior COTA experience is preferred. You will implement care plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on equipment and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
