Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care at Aviston Countryside Manor in Aviston, IL. The COTA will implement treatment plans under OT supervision and document patient progress, ensuring timely reporting to the supervising OT.

Educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs is essential. The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in OTA, an active COTA license, and NBCOT certification, with a preference

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
