Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care at Aitkin Health Services in Aitkin, MN. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT, document progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

The role is PRN with opportunities to collaborate across a growing network of facilities. A state COTA license and NBCOT certification are required, along with prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:
