Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Benton, IL team on a PRN-daytime schedule. The role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans under OT supervision, documenting progress, and educating patients on exercises and equipment.

Licensure and NBCOT certification are required, with prior COTA experience preferred. We operate across multiple facilities and value therapists' voices in care decisions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required and NBCOT certification.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license.
• 1 year of COTA experience preferred.
• Implements treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and status changes to supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
