Continuum Therapy Partners in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our River's Bend Health & Rehab team. You will implement treatment plans and document patient progress under supervision of an OT, contributing to high-quality care for our residents.

We offer a full-time daytime schedule, comprehensive benefits, and licensure support. NBCOT certification and an active state license are required to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
