Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN role that emphasizes collaborative care with therapists and flexibility to fit your life. You will work with a team that values your clinical voice while delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Must hold a current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification.
• 1 year of prior COTA experience is preferred.

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
