Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners currently seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN role. The position emphasizes clinical voice, flexibility, and partnership with full-time staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

The COTA will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on equipment and home programs under supervision. Positions available in Lancaster and Mineral Point, WI.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of prior COTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
