Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Elroy, Wisconsin seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN, daytime hours with flexibility to fit life goals. You’ll work under the supervision of an OT to implement individualized plans and monitor patient progress in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
