Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care at Wausau Manor Health Services in Wisconsin. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans under OT supervision and educating patients on exercises and adaptive equipment.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in COTA, an active state license, and NBCOT certification, with a preference for 1 year of experience as a COTA. This is a PRN daytime position at a facility in Wausau, WI.

• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
