Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapist-led team at Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC. This part-time daytime role offers potential to grow to full-time.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs. NBCOT certification and a current SC COTA license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
