Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time daytime role at our Sterling Heights, MI location. The role emphasizes patient-centered care under OT supervision and a strong focus on functional improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Must hold a current, unencumbered state COTA license and NBCOT certification.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities
