Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Chicago is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Candidates must have an OTA degree and be licensed, with NBCOT certification.

You will implement treatment plans, document progress, educate patients on adaptive equipment, and contribute to a collaborative therapy team at Norwood Crossing in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
